| 摘 要： | 重新界定"数字服务化"概念,厘清研究进展,突出其规模化的个性化和缓解信息不对称的核心特征,运用CiteSpace的科学知识图谱方法对国内外相关研究成果进行可视化,并从研究的趋势、主题、模式、目标、短板五方面进行对比分析.结果 表明:国内外研究总体呈现学科视角不断丰富、成果数量持续增长、研究主题更加多元的态势,研究热点主要聚焦于数字技术、大数据、数字化、服务化等方面,但国际上关注企业的主观能动性,主要围绕工业时代传统制造业的服务化理论展开研究,而国内拓展出基于数字时代和跨学科视角的新的研究范式,在数字人文、服务业的数字化等方面展露优势并已形成若干基于国内情境的原创性理论成果,但仍面临学者与研究机构之间缺乏合作的现实难题.最后提出未来可以围绕数字服务化的相关概念辨析、理论体系建构、测量方法探索、典型案例分析等方面进行更深入的研究,以及加强和推进研究合作机制与理论体系建构等建议.

| Abstract: | Digital servitization is a theoretical paradigm of enterprise digital transformation under the interdisciplinary background of communication, economics and management, and is an organic part of digital development, and it will play an important role in accelerating digital industrialization and industrial digitization process. However, this emerging issue has not attracted enough attention. Through CiteSpace, a bibliometric analysis tool, this paper makes a visual analysis of the research results of digital servitization at home and abroad by using the scientific knowledge map method, and makes a further comparison and reflection. The hotspots of digital servitization at home and abroad mainly focus on digital technology, big data, digital, service, etc., but foreign researches mainly focus on the servitization theory of traditional manufacturing industry in the industrial era, and domestic researches have innovatively expanded a new research paradigm based on the digital era and interdisciplinary perspective. |
