| 摘 要： | 师生关系作为学生在学校中重要的人际关系,师生关系的好坏直接作用于每一个学生的心理和学习行为,同时也有力地支撑教师的教学情趣和情绪。本文以高等教育大众化背景为出发点,从高校、教师和学生三个角度对当前高校中不和谐的师生关系进行思考,同时,在分析现状及原因的基础上从大学的教育内容、教师的评价体系以及发挥学生的自主性、主动性来构建高校和谐的师生关系,进而推动和谐校园的建设。
