| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨白藜芦醇对大强度运动后大鼠肾脏功能的保护作用。方法：将24 只两月龄SD 大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动组、运动+ 白藜芦
醇组，每组8 只，运动组在活动跑台上进行大强度跑台训练。实验持续8 周后，测试肾脏各项指标。结果：大强度运动可造成大鼠肾脏中MDA、总
NOS、iNOS、NO 显著升高，总SOD、CuZn- SOD、GSH- Px、cNOS、Na+K+- ATPase、Ca2+- ATPase 显著下降。补充白藜芦醇可使大鼠运动后肾脏中MDA、
总NOS、iNOS、NO 下降，总SOD、CuZn- SOD、Mn- SOD、GSH- Px、cNOS、Na+，K+- ATPase、Ca2+- ATPase 水平升高。结论：白藜芦醇可增强肾脏的抗氧化
能力，保持肾脏酶活性。提示白藜芦醇对大强度运动后肾脏功能有良好保护作用。 |
