| 摘 要： | 科学发展观理论的提出是高等教育改革与发展的重要机遇，普通高校成人高等教育作为我国终身教育体系中重要的组成部分，更应抓住机遇、构建完善的成人高等教育的科学发展观，并以此为指导融入普通高校实质性的有机组成部分，科学合理配给教育资源与管理模式，以促进普通高校成人高等教育的科学发展。

| Abstract: | It is a great opportunity to the reforms and development of higher education when the theory about the scientific development view on the higher education was put forward. As an important part of the life-long education system in China, we should take advantage of this opportunity and set up a perfect scientific development view on the higher education of adults and make it a substantial and organic part of regular colleges and universities, dispose educational resources and the mode of management scientifically and reasonably. In this way, the scientific development of adults' higher education will be promoted at regular colleges and universities. |
