| 摘 要： | 高校各类突发事件的发生近年来有逐步增加的趋势，这已是影响高校校园稳定的一个重要因素。探讨高校突发事件的主要特征、成因和对策，妥善处置突发事件对和谐社会的构建有着举足轻重的作用；这是高校一项长期而艰巨的任务，要动员全校各方面的力量，调动一切积极因素，分工合作，齐抓共管，才能共同维护好高校的稳定和健康发展。
