刘备人性化管理的启示

摘    要:人性化管理是一种在整个企业管理过程中充分注意人性要素,以充分开掘人的潜能为己任的管理模式,是一种逐步将企业文化与员工个人意识进行整合的手段,它贯穿于人才的引进、培养、成长、奉献的全过程。《三国演义》中刘备依靠其"以人为本"的人性化管理模式招揽人才,组织凝聚了一个卓越的人才团队,为整个蜀国的发展提供了强有力的人才基础。这对今天的人性化管理研究也提供了很好的借鉴。
