| 摘 要： | 21世纪高校学报要有重大发展,关键是要建设一支高水平的编辑队伍。从湖南高校学报的编辑队伍来看,总的状况较好,编辑一般比较年轻,学历较高,不少编辑部在年龄和知识结构上形成了梯形结构,但也存在着管理目标不明,措施不够有力等问题,在编辑队伍的建设上,要有长远的目标,提倡办名刊,撰名,出名人,而要实行“三名主义”,必须采取良好的途径与方法,最好是实行“六化”,即强化基础理论和基础知识的学习与训练,优化知识结构,净化学术环境,美化个体和群体生活,规范学报的编排和逐步实现编辑学化。

| Abstract: | The key point of achieving great development in the 21st century university journals is to strengthen the editorial staff. The general situa tion of the editorial staffs of university journals of Hunan is fairly good: genera lly speaking,editors are quite young and have high degrees,and some editorial de partments represent a echelon formation in age and knowledge structure.But there also exist some problems,such as the amgiguity of managerial goals,the lacking of strength in measures, etc.In strengthening editorial staff,we should have long trem objectives, advocate editing well known publications,composing well known persons.In oredr to reach the goal of the "three well-knowns",proper means an d approa ches must be adopted,and it will be better if we carry out the following 5 measu-res:strengthening the study and training of basic theories and knowledge,optimizing knowledge structure,purifying academic environment,beautifying individual and group life and standardizing the editing of journals. |
