| 摘 要： | 从心理学的角度评述了高校足球队员在比赛过程中心理状态的变化，阐明了在高校足球比赛中队员心理状态的好坏，常常会影响到个人和全队技、战术水平的发挥，甚至将直接影响到比赛的结果，因此培养高校足球队员良好的心理素质应该逐步被每个从事高校足球队训练的教师们所重视。
