| 摘 要： | 企业竞争力是企业活力的核心，也是决定企业在市场经济环境下生长和发展的关键因素。培育和增强企业竞争力是企业取得竞争优势的根本保证。文章探讨了企业竞争力的内涵及其构成要素；介绍了波特竞争理论对提高中国企业竞争力、取得竞争优势的借鉴意义，分析了中国企业竞争力现状，并提出了若干建议
