| Abstract: | The paper presents the major design principles of protel PCB 99SE circuit board and how to make procedure pictures. It touches briefly on the essentials, avoiding some rules which are unnecessary to abide by. Following the advice of the paper, beginners can successfully design and make a circuit board with ease and their interest and confidence can be greatly aroused. |
