摘    要:通过对传统的教育见习诸多弊端的调查研究,提出改革教育见习的新方案。将教育见习提到学科教学论理论课之前开展,为学习教学论提供感性认识,提高学科教学论课的教学效果;明确教育见习的目的要求,且见习任务作业化,管理程序化,从而提高师范生观察的深广度、思考的深刻性;提高师范生的教学素质,增强其从教意识和教师使命感。

Abstract:Through probing the defects on traditional probation activities we put forward the new project on educational probation, This probation activities should be carried out before the theoretical class of the subject teaching theory so as to offer the perceptual understanding and teaching results, We should make clear and definite the aims and requirements of the educational probation so as to raise the depth both for observation and thought of the normal students by probation tasks and management. Also we should heighten the teaching quality of the normal students and strengthen their teaching sense and mission for being a teacher.
