| 摘 要： | 以食为天，饮食是人类生存和社会发展的首要物质基础。在近现代以来的华北农村，人们的饮食领域出现了一些积极的变化。这种变化从根本上说是近现代以来资本主义生产方式的影响和自然经济逐步解体的结果。尽管它是缓慢的、有局限的、不平衡的，但它却是人们物质生活领域一个划时代的变革。它昭示着处于半殖民地、半封建社会苦难深渊的华北农村，正蕴育着走向近代化、获得新生的积极力量

| Abstract: | Food is of vital importance to human beings.Dietary is the most necessary material base for their existenceand social development.In modern North China rural area active changes appear in their dietary field.These changes,once and for all,are influenced by the capitalist mode of production,and are the results of the progressive disintegration of natural economy since the modern times.Though they are slow,limited and unbalanced,they are epochmaking in people's material life.These changes show that the rural area inNorth China which is in the abyss of misery of semi icolonial semi feudal,society is holding active strength for modernization and a new life |
