| 摘 要： | 在班级管理中,学生是最基本的也是最核心的因素,对学生的管理过程必须由以事为中心的“监督式“管理发展到以学生为中心的“参与式“管理.本文阐述了如何将现代管理学的“以人为本“的管理思想落实到班级管理中,重视学生的主体作用、能动作用,以学生的发展为本,人人参与管理,并且主动参与管理,提高班级管理实效,达到培养高素质的人才的目的.

| Abstract: | The student is a basic and key factor in the class management . The management of students must develop from "supervision" with matters as the core into "participation" with students as the core. This paper expounds on how the people-oriented management idea in modern management science is put into the class management . We should give priority to students' prominent and dynamic role and their development . Let everybody actively participate in the management and improve the actual effect of the class managiment so as to turn out competent personnel with cxcellent qualities. |
