| Abstract: | According to the data sources, the publications indexed by Science Citation Index - Expanded from 2006 to 2010, a comparative study on publications in food science field among China, India and Brazil revealed the difference in the aspects of the number of papers, citations, and the distribution of both paper and citation in subject fields. |
