| 摘 要： | 未来社会的竞争，是人才的竞争；谁拥有了人才，谁就能在市场竞争中取胜。对于人才思想素质的培养，就成为当前我国思想政治教育的主题，所以，本文论述了在新的社会大环境下，只有认清形势，明确任务，才能使思想政治工作有的放矢，取得理想的教育效果。
