| 摘 要： | 利用校企合作开展大学生职业生涯辅导是大学生职业生涯辅导模式的创新路径。考察国内外高校依托企业资源开展大学生职业生涯辅导的现状,分析了校企合作给大学生职业生涯辅导的主体、客体、介体、环体等基本要素带来的新变化,在此基础上构建了基于校企合作的大学生职业生涯辅导创新模式。

| Abstract: | Making use of the cooperation between colleges and corporations to conduct the tutorships about college students' occupational career is a creative way in its modes.This paper has reviewed the present conditions about the college students' occupational career tutorships performed by the colleges at home and abroad through the corporations' resources,analyzing the new changes brought about by the basic elements including mentors,students,media vehicles and environmental factors in it,which as a result,constitutes its creative modes based on the cooperation between colleges and corporations. |
