| 摘 要： | 目前我国工程技术人员的专业基本知识和基本理论比较扎实,但创新精神和综合创新素质不足。迫切需要高等教育加快改革步伐。而在工科院校的教学改革中尤其应当重视现代教育技术的正确应用,避免走入误区。进而全面推进工科院校教育教学改革,培养创新型人才。

| Abstract: | The technical personnel posses sounded basic professional knowledge and basic theories. While they are deficient in innovation character. It is urgent to quicken higher education reform. The right application of modern educational technology in educational reform of engineering college should be valued to push forward the engineering college education reform and to create creative talented person avoiding going astray. |
