英、法、德三国职业培训模式生成的社会文化背景分析

摘    要:从社会文化的视角,比较分析不同职业培训模式存在的必然性是一种新的尝试。英国的自由市场模式、法国的政府主导模式和德国的双元合作模式具有明显不同的特征。所折射的社会文化背最也各具特色。不同的职业培训模式对应着不同的主流社会文化形态。是社会文化在职业培训领域的反映。

Abstract:It is an attempt to compare and analyze what has fostered different vocational training patterns from the facet of the social culture. Among the liberal-market model in the UK,the state-regulated model in France and the dual-corporatist model in Germany, there are different characteristics which have also reflected distinguishing social cultural backgrounds. Different vocational training pattern harmonizes and images different basic social cultural form ,which is the reflection of social culture in vocational training field.
