高职教育实践教学体系研究

摘    要:高职实践教学体系由目标体系、内容体系、条件体系、管理体系及评价体系构成。其中,目标体系包括学习与发展能力、职业素质与专业技能、实践情感与观念的培养;内容体系包括“必需、够用”的理论知识与三课堂联动的实践内容;条件体系包括实践师资,校内外实践基地;管理体系包括组织、运行、制度的管理;评价体系包括学生评价与教师评价。

Abstract:Practice teaching system of higher vocational education comprise of objective system, content system, condition system, management system and evaluation system, and objective system include the cultivation of learning and developing ability, professional quality and specialty skills, practice sensibility and idea; content system include the theory knowledge of "necessary and adequate" and practice content linked up to three kinds of classes; condition system include practice teaching stuff and practising center outside and inside school; management system include the administration of organization, operation and system; evaluation system include student evaluation and teacher evaluation.
