| 摘 要： | 新疆高等院校开展竞技排球运动，存在着训练经费严重不足、管理机制不尽健全等问题。如何解决这些问题，将决定排球这项竞技体育能否在新疆高校健康发展。通过对新疆高校排球队的现状及问题进行调查与分析，针对其发展提出了建议，以期为新疆高校排球事业的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | There are some current problems such as serious shortage of training funds,management mechanism needed be better when the universities in Xinjiang region carries out the volleyball athletics.Whether we can or how to solve these problems will decide whether this competitive sport can develop well in universities of Xinjiang region.With the investigation and analysis conducted for the present situation and problems,some suggestions were supported for the development of the university volleyball teams in Xinjiang region in this paper,and they are expected to be some reference for the development of Xinjiang volleyball. |
