| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的到来需要高校担负起全面推进创新人才培养的重任。高校必须转变教育观念,更新教育思想,把握以“知识积累为基础,能力培养为重点,素质提高为核心”的创新人才培养规律,积极探索创新人才培养途径,从而构建21世纪高校创新人才工程的体系。

| Abstract: | The arrival of the economic responsibility Of cultivating creative knowledge era needs to promote universities talents. College education must change its to comprehensively shoulder the heavy concept, update educational thinking, grasp the law of cultivating talents with its core of knowledge accumulation, capacity-building and improving students＇ quality, and actively explore innovative ways of cultivating qualified persons, in order to set up university innovation pro- jects system in the 21st century. |
