| 摘 要： | 知识管理是理解技术本科人才培养的重要视角.技术本科的知识管理,包括技术知识形态和技术知识流程两个基本维度.在技术本科人才培养中,通过技术知识的获取、内化、应用和创造,可以促进学生技术理论、实践能力和创新素养的整合发展.基于此,构建理论教学、实践教学和素质拓展三位一体的技术人才培养体系.是技术本科院校培养高层次技术型人才的有效路径.
