| 摘 要： | 在学生基础条件比较差、厌学情绪比较严重的情况下，提高教师表达能力是感染学生、吸引学生、引导学生的重要手段。听了教师情感、趣味、艺术三位一体的表达，学生就能产生学习的热情、积极性、主动性，教师就有了上好高职课程的基础，实现教育教学目标才能顺理成章。所以，教师的表达能力是上好课程，提高学生职业能力、岗位技能和职业素养的关键。

| Abstract: | Because students' basic condition is very poor and their disgust becomes serious,improving teachers' a- bility of language expression is an important approach to move students,interest them and guide them.After teachers' expressi on combined emotion,interest and art,students become interested.If teachers can do that,the teaching goal can be realized successfully.Therefore,teacher's ability of language expression is the key to make a good teaching,improve students' professional ability,working skills and professi onal quality. |
