Abstract:In this paper, a new method for getting the temperature and thestress fields is proposed. By this method, three pieces of information can berecorded in two holograms at the same time , when a two-dimensional photoe-lastic model is subjected to thermal loading. As a result , it is possible to sepa-rate the temperature field from the stress fields.
