| 摘 要： | 赌博在广大农村的肆意蔓延，严重影响农村社会的稳定，成为建设社会主义新农村的拦路虎。人们纷纷提出许多好对策，如加强打击力度，修改禁毒法律，合理转移农村剩余劳动力等，呼吁开展全民扫赌运动。但笔者认为这些都是重治标轻治本的措施，要从根本上肃清农村赌博现象，须挖掘其赖以生存的深刻思想根源，才能对症下药，切除这块顽固的农村毒瘤。笔者通过深入调查农村赌博现场、与农民交谈、发放调查问卷、询问亲戚朋友等调研方式掌握第一手资料，在此基础上系统叙述了当前农村赌博的主要特点，进而揭露其严重的社会危害，并从经济、思想等方面探讨了赌博得以在乡村发芽扎根蔓延的深层原因，同时从思想教育的视角提出了扫除农村赌博毒瘤的一整套对策。

| Abstract: | The wantonly spreading of gamble in extensive rural areas, has not only affected the social stability gravely, but also become the obstacle tobuild a new socialist countryside. The authors went to the scene of gambling in rural areas, had a conversation with the farmers, gave out a questionnaire and therefore get the first--hand information. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the main characteristics of gambling in ru- ral areas, exposes its serious social harm, explores thq causes of gamble spreading, and puts forward the countermeasures of clearing away gambling from the persoective of ideological education. |
