| 摘 要： | 《2005年农村经济绿皮书》呼吁“目前的农村土地制度必须改革”。但是怎样改?往哪个方向改?现在还是一个没有标准答案的问题。本文在总结改革开放二十多年来农村土地制度实践经验的基础上,分析了它在新形势下存在的问题和缺陷,从中获得启迪和借鉴,并对今后农村土地制度创新的目标和方向提出一点自己的思考。

| Abstract: | " green cover book of the rural economy in 2005 "is appealed for " the present rural land system must be reformed".But how to make a change? Which direction is changed? It is still a question without model answer now.Summarize the practical experience of the rural land system reform and opening-up over the past 20 years,it analyse it exist by question and the defect,from in inspire and drawing lessons from,have put forward one's own thinking to the goal and direction of system innovation of rural land in the future.in the future. |
