| 摘 要： | 当前,教学反思已成为教师专业发展和自我成长的“核心要素”,有效的教学反思需要通过教师的反思性教学实践来实现,因此,只有对反思性教学实践的价值特征及途径等有比较深刻的认识,才能真正提高教学反思的实际效果,促进教师的专业发展.
