摘    要:当前,教学反思已成为教师专业发展和自我成长的“核心要素”,有效的教学反思需要通过教师的反思性教学实践来实现,因此,只有对反思性教学实践的价值特征及途径等有比较深刻的认识,才能真正提高教学反思的实际效果,促进教师的专业发展.

Abstract:Structured within the new curricular reform , this paper seeks to discuss the fuetions of the reflective teaching methodology, the commonality shared by teachers who practise the reflective teaching methodology, and the various approaches to achieve effective reflective teaching, It is the intention of this paper to promote the professionalism of teachers and to improve the overall quality of the teaching profession.
