| 摘 要： | 高等教育是将具有中等文化的受教育者选送至高等学校，通过对其进行一种有目的、有计划、有组织的培养，使受教育者达到预期教育目的的一种专门教育。实现高等教育目的关键是教学体系。本文论述了高等教育教学体系组成的八要素及其陀螺模型。深刻地揭示了陀螺模型的内在结构及运行机理。
