| Abstract: | This paper discusses the person's developing completely into the new development view of the core, predominance with direction that guiding 21 centuries China development, guide line contain Chinese characteristic socialism business follow the all new development orbit. "Three representatives" Thought develops the inside consistency that theories have with person completely, promoting the person to develop completely is a basic target that three representatives request.
