| 摘 要： | 本文从网络课程开发与使用的现实出发，概括揭示了网络课程可能存在的版权问题，并分析了这一问题存在的原因，最后提出了通过修订法律、完善主体间协议和制定完善的版权政策等办法解决版权问题的建议。

| Abstract: | Begining wityh introducing the reality of web-based course developed and applied,this paper analyzes the problems of copyright of the web-based course and the reason.At last,some suggestions,such as amending the copyright law,signing the contracts and forming some copyright policies,are given to solve the copyright problems in this paper. |
