| Abstract: | Problems of education in less-developed areas include backward ideal, insufficient resources, imbalanced structure, poor quality and sex-biased education. The corresponding solutions to theses problems are: to launch educational theories research, to strengthen educational rules and regulations, to optimize educational investment system, to utilize modern information technology, and to develop local economy. |
