| 摘 要： | 武术套路教学的基本特点足依据教学规律，从实际出发形成的行为准则：教学中遵循以基本功为基础，重视基本动作的练习；以直观教学为主，强调动作规格；强化攻防技术特点，突出不同拳种的风格；教学与训练相结合，强化演练技巧的基本特点。对于提高教学质量，弘扬民族传统文化，促进全民健身与奥运争光计划的实施具有重要的指导作用。

| Abstract: | The basic characteristics of teaching Wushu routines are behavior codes coming from the laws of teaching and learning.We should follow the principles that essential techniques are the foundation,emphasize the practice of basic movements,focus on object teaching,highlight the skills of performance and skills of attack and defense so that the quality of teaching can be promoted and traditional culture developed and the nation-wide program for fitness and Plan for Winning Medals at the Olympic Games be better carried out. |
