摘    要:在双单片机控制的电阻焊控制器中,由于主控单片机的串口被用来和PC机进行通信。介绍一种利用单片机I/O口模拟串行通信的方法,并将其成功地应用在双单片机电阻焊控制器中。详细地阐述了在此控制器中利用单片机I/O口实现串行通信的硬件设置及软件设计。

Abstract:A method of using single - chip processor I/O interface to simulate serial communication is introduced in double single - chip processor controller for resistance spot welding, because the serial interface of the main single - chip processor is used for communication between PC. The hardware setting and software design are presented in detail. This method has been applied in Double Single - chip Processor Controller for Resistance Spot Welding.
