| 摘 要： | 绿色产业泛指各种对环境友好的产业,即产品和服务符合防治环境污染的要求,可改善生态环境、保护自然环境、有利于优化人类生存环境的新兴产业.绿色产业的生产力、生产过程和经营管理、自然环境都必须是绿色的,并生产出绿色产品,提供绿色劳务.我国的绿色产业起步较晚、技术实力薄弱,至今仍存在许多不足.在我国应加强宣传教育,提高公众的绿色意识;增强环保意识,倡导绿色消费新时尚;培养发展绿色产业所需的各类人才;构建绿色产业发展的宽松环境;强化绿色立法、执法,严禁国外污染源进入.

| Abstract: | The green industry indicates generally every kind of industry friendly to environments. It refers to a newly arisen industry whose product and service match request of envinmment - pollution prevention , ecosystem environment, protect the natural environment and benefit excellent human living. Its-productivity, production line, management and natural environment must be green, along with the product and its service. The green industry start late in our country, and technique strength is weak, and it still exsits up to now a lot of shortage. We should enhance the publicity education in our country, increase public green consciousness, strengthen the environmental protection consciousness, initiate the new vogue in green consumption, educate various talented person which industry needs, set up the free environment, enhance the green lawmaking and law execution, strictly forbid the abroad pollution source to enter. |
