| 摘 要： | 学前教育是关系到一代人健康成长的大事，而当前幼教队伍中男性教师的严重匮乏已成为备受关注的问题。男性对孩子的行为方式、性别意识有着独特的影响，男女教师比例适当，无论对孩子的健康成长还是对幼教队伍结构的合理化都有重要意义。并且，我国的人才储备和国民意识都使在幼教队伍中增加男性教师比例成为可能。

| Abstract: | The pre-study education has much to do with the healthy growing of a generation. The serious lack of male teachers for it has attracted great attention. As the male have a unique effect on the children's behavior and gender consciousness, the proper proportion of the male teachers and the female teachers is of great importance not only for the children's healthy growth, but also for the rationalization of the structure of the kindergarteners. What's more, in our country, our present talent storage and country consciousness have made it possible to increase the proportion of the male teachers in the field of kindergarteners. |
