| 摘 要： | 高职学院的教学分理论教学和实践教学两部分,专任教师也相应分为理论教学教师和实践教学教师两部分.但目前实践教学教师队伍非常薄弱,已严重影响高职教学质量.要积极采取措施,建好一支专职的、高素质的实践教学教师队伍.

| Abstract: | Theoretical teaching and practical teaching constitutes the teaching in higher vocational and technical colleges. As to professional teachers, there are teachers of theoretical teaching and teacher of practical teaching as well. However, the teacher group of practical teaching at present is extremely weak, which has seriously affected the quality of teaching. Therefore, we should positively carry out effective measures to construct a teacher group of practical teaching, which is professional and of high quality. |
