| 摘 要： | 实验教学是培养应用型人才的重要环节,文章针对新建地方本科院校的实际情况,就培养应用型人才,在更新实验教学理念、建立实验教学课程体系、构建实验教学软硬件平台、创新管理运行模式、进行实验教学团队建设等方面进行了研究与探索.

| Abstract: | The experimental teaching is critical in the cultivation of talents with application ability. In this paper, many researches are carried out to cultivate talents with application ability in combination of the situation of newly-upgraded local university. These researches include the renewing of experimental teaching idea, establishing new experimental teaching curriculum system, constructing software and hardware platform of experimental teaching, renovating mode of management and operation, constructing instructor team of experiment teaching and so on. |
