| 摘 要： | 我国的高等教育在完成数量扩张之后 ,发展的重点必须迅速转向质量建设 ,确保高等教育持续健康发展。而质量建设的核心之一是人才标准的确定、调整与培养过程的具体实施 ,在此基础上制订培养规格 ,确定课程体系和教学内容。因此必须结合经济社会发展的需要 ,对人才培养高目标着眼、高起点定位、高标准实施。结合人才成长规律和目前我国人才结构的现状 ,在校大学生的“智能结构”培养 ,关系其未来创造性能力和高水平成就的发挥。良好的“智能结构”是“人才”素质的基础。因此高等学校教学改革和人才培养目标的确定 ,应从大学生的最佳“智能结构”研究和培养入手。

| Abstract: | The higher education in China should emphasize its quality construction after completing its expansion in quantity in order to assure the sustainable healthy development of the higher education. The important issue concerning quality construction is the establishment of standard for talented people and the vital adjustment and the process of implementation. Therefore,it is necessary to set up higher objectives of cultivating talented people and carry out the work with high standard in accordance with the economic and social development. In view of the growth and structure of the talented in China,it is clear that the cultivation of "the intelligence structure" of college students is greatly concerned with their creativity and the achievement in the future. The good "intelligence structure" is the base of quality of the talented people. The reforms in colleges and universities and objectives of cultivating the talented people are closely related with the research and cultivation of the best "intelligence structure". |
