| 摘 要： | 基于高斯光束和傅里叶光学，提出一种模拟阵列波导光栅（AWG）的简单方法，讨论了利用快速傅里叶变换（FFT）计算时影响计算精度的因素，并对一个4×4的AWG实例进行了模拟计算，结果表明该方法可以进行简单快速的仿真分析，并可以与BPM结合减小高精度仿真的计算量．

| Abstract: | A method based on Gaussian beam and Fourier optics is proposed to simulate AWG and the caccuracy is discussed. A 4×4 AWG is simulated with this method. The result shows that this method is simple and feasible. The calculation of high precision with BPM can be reduced with this method. |
