| 摘 要： | 研究生培养模式多样化是我国社会经济发展，个体需求多样化，研究生教育内在规律及其自身不平衡发展的必然要求。在分析学徒式、专业式、协作式相结合的多样化培养模式的基础上，提出了实现我国研究生培养模式多样化的建议，以期对我国研究生培养质量的提高起到一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | The diversification of postgraduate training model is naturally due to China＇s social economic development, the diversification of individual needs,the inherent graduate teaching rules and the imbalanced development of postgraduate education. This paper presents a synthetic training pattern combing the apprentice style,professional style,and collaborative style,and gives some advice on how to realize the diversification of China＇s postgraduate training pattern,hoping it will be helpful to improve the quality of China＇s postgraduate training. |
