摘    要:老子思想主要论述了宇宙万物变化的规则,强调了“道”的概念,由此引申出“尊道而贵德”、“反者道之动”、“无为而无不为”等观点。这些观点给现代教育以启示:以“尊道而贵德”为教育教学的基本原则,“反者道之动”为教育教学的基本规律,“无为而无不为”为教育教学的基本策略。由此,在教育教学中要留点“布白”,民主宽松地进行班级管理,形成“若即若离”的师生关系,利用榜样进行示范,实施主体性教育,建设替在课程。

Abstract:Lao Tzu thought is mainly about the rule of the cosmos,emphasizing the concept of "Dao" from which "Honor the Dao and exalt the De" , "The movement of the Dao by contraries proceeds" and "Do nothing but nothing won't be done" are deduced.The three ideas enlighten modern education:Take "Honor the Dao and exalt the De" as the basic principle of education, "The movement of the Dao by contraries proceeds" as the basic regulation of education,and "Do nothing but nothing won't be done" as the basic strategy of the teaching.So teachers should let students have time to think instead of telling students everything,manage the class democratically and easily,treat students "neither far nor closely" ,make use of the models' demonstration,carry out subjective education and pay attention to latent courses in education.
