发展中国家农村教育资源共享模式的设计与应用

摘    要:缩小农村学校之间的质量差距一直是世界各国教育政策的重点。借助农村学校合并的方式构建学校组合体,是众多发展中国家经常采用的一种策略。通过实行不同的资源共享模式,学区内所有学校均能享用到优质教育资源,这种方式极大地促进了教育均衡发展。学校组合体的成功取决于政府推进教育公平的价值取向和中心学校对教育资源的合理调配。
