| 摘 要： | 工程造价的控制贯穿于工程建设的全过程，而控制工程造价的重点和关键在设计阶段，只有优化工程设计，做到技术与经济有机结合，推行限额设计，在设计时抓住主要因素，合理选择建筑材料，严格设计变更，才能有效控制工程造价，提高工程投资效益，通过实际案例的对比分析，说明了对工程造价控制的重视程度不同、方法和理念不同，取得的效果将会截然不同。
