博士生教育质量内涵及其监控机制研究

摘    要:阐述和分析了博士生教育质量的内涵及其监控机制,对如何提高博士生教育质量作了一些初步探讨。博士生教育质量的内涵主要涉及课程学习、科研实践以及学术成果和学位论文等三个层面;博士生教育质量的监控机制主要涉及博士生教育创新、博士生教育质量反馈和博士生指导教师等三个因素。以提高质量内涵为目标,以增强监控机制为手段,有利于确保博士生教育质量的促进和提高。

Abstract:This paper explains and analyzes the connotation of quality in doctoral education and the mechanism of quality supervision,and discusses the ways of how to improve the quality of doctoral education briefly.The connota- tion of quality in doctoral education involves of three segments including course study,research practice and academic achievement & degree dissertation.The mechanism of quality supervision involves of three elements including innova- tion in doctoral education,quality evaluation in doctoral education and supervisor of doctors.To improve the connota- tion of quality as object,and to buildup the mechanism of quality supervision as means,it is propitious to the ad- vancement and improvement of quality in doctoral education.
