| 摘 要： | 宪法是国家的根本法,是“母法”,且具有最高的法律效力。我国现行宪法突出强调了宪法作为根本法的法律地位,并肯定了宪法是法,具有法的属性。要把我国建设成为法治国家,必须依法治国、依宪治国。只有宪法至上,才能保持法制的统一与协调,才能把我国建设成为真正的宪政国家。

| Abstract: | The constitution is the fundamental and basic law of a country and it has the supreme legal efficacy.The constitution of our country underlines its fundamental status in all laws,meanwhile it affirms its own function as the basic law and therefore it has attributes of law.To make our country a legally-governed country,the country must be run by the constitution and all its laws.Only when the constitution is put on the first place,can the legal system be maintained consistently and harmoniously,can our country be built into a true country supervised under the constitution. |
