| 摘 要： | 文章首先阐述了文化的概念及其历史性和民族性,然后分析了民族历史文化与教育管理体制的关系,最后论述了中国民族文化变迁对教育管理体制改革的意义,认为民族的历史文化传统决定着教育管理模式的形态,任何教育管理体制的形成皆有其深层的历史文化原因,因此,在教育行政体制改革过程中,既要继承民族文化的精华,又要吸收西方文化中的优良基因,要加快民族心理素质的重塑,将民主科学的观念融入民族价值体系当中。

| Abstract: | Postmodernism dispels the former cultural historical consciousness and the concept of time continuousness and shuts off the historical connection between the tradition and the modern society.The cultural tradition of nationality is the determinant for the shape of the education administration pattern and any education administration system formation has its deep-seated cultural reasons. If we abandon the historical and cultural traditions of nationality as the postmodernism insists,the education administration system reform will become the water without a source. |
