| 摘 要： | 在文献资料调研的基础上,初步编制了运动队人际沟通问卷。采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析相结合的方法,对我国227名优秀少年篮球运动员进行了人际沟通问卷的检验,并且探讨了运动队人际沟通与比赛成绩的关系。结果表明,该问卷是一个包含7个条目的单维结构,其信、效度达到了心理测量学的要求,可以作为国内运动队人际沟通的测量工具。运动队人际沟通与比赛成绩有较高的相关关系。
