| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的增长,收入不均呈扩大化趋势。收入不均自然导致贫富分化,这势必会成为社会的不安定因素。如何调节居民收入分配,缩小居民收入差距,成为亟待解决的问题。通过论述我国收入差距的现状,分析了差距形成的市场化因素、非市场化因素、经济增长结构因素、初次分配和再分配因素等原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策,以期对这一问题的解决起到一定的作用。
