| 摘 要： | 国际篮联规则和NBA规则有很多共性和差别,二者各有所长。国际篮联侵人犯规和技术犯规罚则比NBA严格,NBA恶意犯规如肘的挥动和打架等暴力倾向和行为的技术犯规罚则比国际篮联严格。国际篮联规则每次修改都向NBA靠近或吻合。
