学校体育对经历重大灾难事件后中小学生心理创伤的干预策略

摘    要:近年来我国接连发生了多次重大灾难事件,这些突如其来的重大灾难对于身心脆弱的中小学生来说伤害是不言而喻的。针对中小学生心理创伤的症状进行分析,对学校体育纠治心理创伤的原理、方法和作用进行探讨。结果表明:学校体育对中小学生心理创伤干预有着独特的优越性和积极作用。在实施干预过程中,应当针对中小学生心理创伤的不同症状表现,选择对应的体育项目,创造和谐的体育活动氛围,注重体育教师的言传身教,以此引导学生逐步解除心理障碍。

Abstract:In recent years there have happened many serious invents in our country.Theses events can make very big harm to people,especially primary and secondary school students.According to the primary and secondary school students this paper discussed the principles,methods and roles from physical and practical aspects,on basis of the analysis in the symptoms of this trauma.The result suggested that physical education in school among students plays a positive role in relaxing these students.Corresponding sports should be selected for different students,which create a harmonious atmosphere.Only in this way can we guide students to lift the psychological barriers.
